Every plumber who joins the network confirms at signup that they hold the licences and insurance their trade requires. We take that on their word — we do not inspect documents — so ask to see their licence and certificate of insurance before work starts, as you would with any trade.

One. We pass your enquiry to a single local plumber rather than selling it to several, so you are not fielding calls all week.

Your enquiry goes to one plumber covering your town, and they contact you directly using the details you gave us. If nobody in the network covers your town, we will tell you rather than leave you waiting.

No. Septic and sewage systems are a separate licensed trade in Ontario and a general plumber is not the right call. For septic work in this area, try Lake Country Septic Services.

We pass your name, contact details and what you wrote to the one plumber we match you with, so they can get in touch. We do not sell it to anyone else. We hold it while your enquiry is being worked and delete it on a set schedule after that.
